PILATES AT THE REFORMER – (ZPP CERTIFICATION)
This course provides you with knowledge and skills about the process and structure of a ZPP compliant prevention course on the reformer.
This will enable you to independently teach Pilates Reformer prevention courses according to the standardized concept “Pilates on the Reformer - equipment-supported whole-body training” .
The concept is valid for 3 years, after which you can be recertified by us.
