Participation requirements:
Qualified Pilates reformer trainers with professional training in accordance with the guidelines (recognition by the Central Prevention Testing Center (ZPP) in the field of movement 1+2 and additional qualification in the area of Pilates (100 hours))
Content: Pilates on the Reformer - Equipment-assisted whole-body training
This course provides you with knowledge and skills about the process and structure of a ZPP-compliant prevention course on the reformer. This enables you to independently run Pilates reformer prevention courses according to the standardized concept “Pilates on the reformer - equipment-supported whole-body training”.

The ZPP certification is considered a seal of quality for prevention courses in the health sector in Germany. This certification confirms that your course meets the requirements of the statutory health insurance companies and can therefore be recognized.
The concept is valid for 3 years, after which you can be recertified by us.

Anne Sattler has been working as a physiotherapist for 19 years, specializing in FOI, CMD, FDM and chiropractic according to Ackermann, and has been giving Pilates mat courses for 14 years. She has also been working as a medical consultant for Novacare GmbH and Sissel GmbH for over 14 years. Since mid-2021, she has devoted herself more and more to consulting, is a SPINEFITTER by SISSEL® Educator and Polestar Pilates Trainer Rehabilitation.
FAQ ZPP
I have completed the reformer training, but without taking the exam. Can I still participate?
Yes, as long as you can prove 100 hours of Pilates (mat and reformer).
Is there a minimum number of reformers required for certification?
The concept is designed for 6 to 15 participants. If your studio has fewer reformers, the course can also be conducted as a circuit (mat and reformer).
Do I have to submit the concept myself?
We activate the participants in the system. The processing time by the ZPP is usually around 14 days.
Do I have to register with ZPP myself or will Novacare GmbH take care of the registration?
You must register yourself with the ZPP, both as a course instructor and as a provider. Novacare GmbH has no influence on this.
Is one account enough to be a course instructor?
No, you must create both an instructor and a provider account independently with ZPP.
Can I use the certification for individual training or only for courses?
The certification is intended for courses with a minimum number of 6 participants.
Are there guidelines for the course costs per participant?
No, you decide this yourself.
Is it a pure reformer course, or is it combined with mat?
The course may not be combined with other large equipment. A maximum of 50% of a course unit may take place on the reformer.
How long is the certification valid?
The certification is valid for 3 years and must then be renewed through Novacare GmbH.
