Oov Blue - Special Items
The ergonomic shape of the Oov adapts perfectly to the natural shape of the spine. It is ideal for balance exercises, whether standing, lying down or kneeling. This promotes core stability and strengthens the mobility of the spine. The Oov not only provides a varied workout, but can also be used for relaxation exercises.
Please choose the size that best fits your height/weight ratio. The emphasis is on weight if there is a significant difference in the ratios shown.
- To use while lying down: Lie on the Oov on a flat surface, such as an exercise mat. We recommend using a towel as a headrest to avoid overextension.
- Application while standing: Position the Oov in the lower back area and press it against the wall.
care instructions
Use a cloth soaked in lukewarm water and a mild soap solution or use a plastic cleaner. Do not immerse the product in water or wipe it with a dripping wet cloth.
Treat your Oov with care:
- Rough handling can cause splits or cracks in the surface
- Do not twist or bend backwards
- Sharp objects can pierce the protective layer, which can lead to the Oov tearing apart
- Direct sunlight (including through the window) could cause discoloration, the surface could become brittle and break, crack or dissolve
- No refund will be given for improper use of the Oov
Use in children and adolescents, during pregnancy and in case of existing health problems such as dizziness, heart/circulatory problems, joint weakness, etc. only under professional supervision and after medical consultation.
