Contrology® Reformer

The most faithful reproduction of Joe Pilates' Reformer!

Balanced Body® has developed a new reformer together with Jay Grimes! The Contrology Reformer is the best reproduction of the original reformers used in Pilates studios around 1970. It is an improved version of the reformer used by Joseph Pilates. Sports pioneer and inventor Joseph Pilates created a device that consists of a metal frame, a movable carriage, a foot bar, springs and leather straps. This allows you to train practically any part of your body.

The footbar offers better grip during training thanks to its low angle. The contoured shoulder pads give the ball of the foot more control during exercises. The natural leather straps have eyelets so that the strap length can be varied.

• 2 x Leather Straps with wooden handles
• 1 x wooden pole 92 cm
• 1 x Contrology spring rod
• 2 x Cushioning Kneeling Pads
• 1 x Sitting Box including metal handles on both sides
• 2 x black cotton footstraps
• 2 x black cotton extension straps

Decorative items are not included in the delivery.
