Even more possibilities with the tower and/or the mat conversion: The 29 spring attachment points on the tower offer many variations and new possibilities!
You can use the mat not only on the reformer, but also on the floor for your Pilates matwork.

Normal springs: 2 yellow (very light resistance) and 2 blue (light resistance)
Long springs: 2 yellow (light resistance) and 2 purple (light resistance) - 1 x Push-Through Bar
- loops, handles and a roll down bar
