The Franklin Method® Tough Ball is suitable for intensive fascia training. It is harder than the other fascia balls of the Franklin Method®. It is ideal for fascia that has already been trained and loosened. Over time, the pressure loosens the adhesions in the fascia.
The more often you do this, the more flexible they become. It's that easy to "massage away" tension.
