The Contrology® Wunda Chair is an exact replica of the original Wunda Chair, first designed by Joseph Pilates and made famous by Kathy Stanford Grant.

The chair's padded, non-slip pedal is lighter than most pedals, yet incredibly stable. The "mushroom" shape of the pedal allows you to wrap your fingers around the pedal. This keeps your wrist elongated and allows for better support of your back and stomach.

The Contrology® Wunda Chair is an incredibly effective tool for building upper body, lower body and core strength. For this reason, the chair can also be used for athletic training and fitness training. In addition, the Wunda Chair is small and space-saving, ideal for home and small studios.
