Balanced Body® has developed a new reformer together with Jay Grimes! The Contrology Reformer is the best reproduction of the original reformers used in Pilates studios around 1970. It is an improved version of the reformer used by Joseph Pilates The inventor and sports pioneer Joseph Pilates created a device consisting of a metal frame, a movable carriage, a foot bar, springs and leather straps. This allows practically every part of the body to be trained.

Over time, trainers and fitness enthusiasts are looking for more training options in the same, small space.

Our new Contrology® Reformer with Tower is the answer to this demand - on the base of the reformer and with the additional exercises of the tower! It is 3 training stations in one space-saving unit: reformer, tower and mat.
